WORDS AS BRIDGES AND WALLS

WORDS AS BRIDGES AND WALLS

During the Erasmus pupils short exchange in León we designed an  activity to share with two primary schools: CEIP Luis Vives and CEIP San Claudio. The activity called " Words as Bridges and Walls" consisted of making bricks with different materials in which pupils should write a word that could work either as a bridge (connecting people) or a wall (something that separates them).
All Erasmus students divided into three groups, two of them went to explain and develop the activity in both  primary schools and the third one remained at Padre Isla to do the same with our students.
After explaining the task and giving instructions, everybody build up a pannel with bridges and walls.
It was really interesting and rewarding because Erasmus students talked to primary ones and behaved as teachers.
And here is the video with the final works.
